  • Can I buy bottled water at Culligan Water shops?

    Culligan Water does not sell bottled water. You can refill your water bottles though at a cheaper price.

  • What is the minimum amount of water I can buy at a Culligan Water shop?

    You can purchase as little as 1 litre for the affordable price of just KES 5.

  • What is the maximum amount of water I can buy?

    There is no set maximum. You can buy as much as you can.

  • Does Culligan Water contain essential minerals?

    Our engineers and analysts work daily to ensure that our water contains the right amount of essential minerals.

  • Does the water have a natural taste?

    We are careful to preserve the rich natural taste of water while ensuring purity and the right balance of minerals.

  • Can a baby drink purified Culligan Water?

    Yes. The essential minerals present in our purified water is nourishing for the baby.

  • Do you wash jerrycans or refill bottles at Nile Spring outlets?

    No. Make sure you come with a clean sanitized container for refilling.
